# Troubleshooting Jobs ## SOAP Web Services Jobs SOAP Web Services jobs are those jobs that are automatically created for you by the plugin's NetSuite job creation wizard. ### Error Messages Appearing in the Job Log #### "Invalid login attempt" This error means that Mitto was unable to authenticate to NetSuite. The following are some of the potential causes of the error: * In the job configuration, invalid values for: * `account` * `consumer_id` * `consumer_secret` * `token_id` * `token_secret` * Within the NetSuite account: * Under `Setup->Company->Enable Features->SuiteCloud->Manage Authentication`: * `Token-Based Authentication` is `unchecked`; it should be `checked`. * Under `Setup->Integration->Manage Integrations`, incorrect Mitto integration record settings: * `State` is `Blocked`; it should be `Enabled` * `Token-Based Authentication` is `unchecked`; it should be `checked` #### "Integration blocked" * Within the NetSuite account: * Under `Setup->Integration->Manage Integrations`, incorrect Mitto integration record settings: * `State` is `Blocked`; it should be `Enabled` This error only appears after a certain sequence of changes have been made to both `State` and `Token-Based Authentication`. It is possible to receive this error after changing `State` to enabled and `Token-Based Authentication` to unchecked. In this situation, the error will be received a single time; following errors will be "Invalid login attempt". #### "You have not enabled web services feature for your account" * Within the NetSuite account: * Under `Setup->Company->Enable Features->SuiteCloud->SuiteTalk`: * `SOAP Web Services` is `unchecked`; it should be `checked`. ## Saved Search / RESTlet Jobs Saved Search jobs are created manually by users.
